Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive earlier, we will look after your luggage and invite you to the pool or to a coffee on the terrace. For direct bookings, late check-out (until 14:00) is included, subject to availability.
Yes, gladly. Small and medium dogs (up to 15 kg) are welcome in the Deluxe rooms and the villas, for a fee of €60 per stay. We prepare a bed, bowls and a welcome set for them. Please let us know when you book.
We have private underground parking, guarded 24/7, with a valet service, free for all guests. There are also charging points for electric cars — reserve your space in advance, especially in July and August.
Absolutely. Children aged 6 to 12 count as guests and occupy a bed. Children under 6 stay free, in a cot provided at no charge or in their parents' bed, with a maximum of 2 per room. The Kids Club runs daily from 09:00 to 17:00 for ages 4 to 12, and the restaurant has a dedicated children's menu. Professional babysitting is available on request.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; for arrivals in July–August, up to 14 days. After that, the first night is retained. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked when you book. Full details in our cancellation policy.
Yes. A private Mercedes meets you in arrivals, with a chauffeur and your name on a tablet. The journey takes about 35 minutes, and the return transfer costs €140. It is included for Villa Cipres and Penthouse Aurelia. Send us your flight number at least 24 hours ahead and we will track your landing time.
