A day at Velmora
Opening hours across the hotel at a glance. In low season they flex slightly, and reception will always keep you posted.
Your room is ready from 3 pm. Arriving earlier? We will look after your luggage and invite you to the pool or a coffee on the terrace.
Late check-out on request, subject to availability. The Seaside weekend package includes it until 4 pm.

02House rules
A few rules,
for everyone's calm
Nothing complicated: just the things that help all of us enjoy the same place.
Adults-only spa
Thalasso Spa welcomes guests aged 16 and over. Families are welcome daily between 10 am and 12 noon.
Pool towels
Fresh towels wait beside every pool, as many as you need. Please leave room towels in your room.
Dress code at Ostria
In the evening, neat attire, without swimwear or beach sandals. Breakfast is relaxed.
Quiet hours
Between 11 pm and 8 am we keep the hotel, terraces and gardens quiet.
Pets
Small dogs are welcome in garden-view rooms. Let us know when you book and we will prepare everything.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Rooms and indoor spaces are smoke-free.
03Dietary options
Food for
every guest
Ostria cooks with seasonal produce, and menus adapt gladly: tell us what you prefer or what you cannot eat.
Allergies and intolerances
Please tell us at least 48 hours before you arrive. The Ostria team, led by chef Luca Varenne, prepares a separate menu and goes through it with you on arrival.

Three rooms designed for accessibility
Two wheelchair-adapted Classic rooms on the ground floor, plus the Travertine Room in its accessible version, with a level shower and grab rails.

From the airport
About 35 minutes by the coast road.
Private transfer
Mercedes S-Class with driver, return, per stay. Send us your flight number 24 hours ahead. Included with Villa Cipres, Penthouse Aurelia and the Family holiday package.
Parking
Private underground parking, guarded 24/7, with valet service. Free for hotel guests.
EV charging
Electric-vehicle charging points in the car park. Reserve your spot early, especially in July and August.
07Payments & policies
Simple and transparent
No hidden fees and no deposit: you see the final price before you confirm your booking.
Pay at the hotel
You pay at the hotel, at check-out. Booking online asks for no deposit.
Cards accepted
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, contactless payments or cash.
Taxes included: 9%
The final price includes 9% taxes, city tax among them. Nothing is added at payment.
How children are counted
Children aged 6–12 count as guests; under-6s stay free, up to 2 per room.
Free cancellation
After these deadlines the first night is charged. The terms of each package are shown clearly when you book.
